The hotel was fancy and located in a nice enough area. The a double room was new-fashioned and had a clean bathroom. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and an amazing view of the mountain. The location was unbeatable and beautiful, only 5 minutes walk to Museum of Glass. There was an amazing restaurant at a medium distance from the property.

It was just a fitting option for a mini-break over the weekend in Tacoma with good price value. The room was spacious with modern decor.

I had a great experience thanks to the pleasant staff and the spacious king room, and with attractions like the Tacoma Glassblowing Studio just a short walk away, I was able to spend my weekend exploring the local art scene.

I had a nice experience with the clean, spacious room and the well-designed hotel. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads-up that we had some noisy neighbors one night, but overall, it was great! 😊

Family with kids might find this place lacking

The rooms were clean and decent size, good for us with the kids. I loved the exercise room, it's huge! And they had some EV charging spots at no extra cost, so that was a nice surprise.

It wasn't cheap but still alright for what we got.

Prime downtown location with easy access to local cafes and breweries. The rooftop event space offers a unique setting for gatherings and provides fine views.

Encountered issues with room service as they were temporarily unavailable one evening, leading to a frustrating experience when the restaurant also turned out to be understaffed. The room had only two sets of towels, insufficient for a family needing to shower after swimming, resulting in a long wait for more. Noise disturbances from neighboring guests added to the discomfort, particularly from a crying child late at night.

The room had a modern setup and was pretty spacious, but the sheets felt thin and not very cozy. Plus, the shower steam set off the fire alarm, a hassle. Strangers were knocking on the adjoining room's door all night. It wasn't what I expected for a king room with a city view.

The Executive Suite we stayed in was super spacious, with a comfy king bed and a sofa. The fitness center was well-equipped with diverse options, and the outdoor pool had sun loungers to chill. The hot tub was a nice way to relax after a busy day. 24/7 Access to gym and pool.

The location is great, with easy access to cafes and breweries. The health club and outdoor pool are perfect for some fun. The staff were super friendly, and the guest room was comfortable and felt spacious. It had a nice contemporary design, which I loved.

Not the best experience

We had a really rough time checking in. The staff was super rude and didn't want to help when our debit card didn't have a name. Had to cancel our trip because they sold out. Room was okay, and we could've enjoyed in-room breakfast if we had stayed. Just wish they treated us better.

Clean hotel with an excellent fitness center. Parking garage poses a challenge for larger vehicles. They offer bike rentals for exploring nearby attractions.

We loved the onsite fitness center with digital on-demand classes and checked out the local park and waterfront. Just a heads up, the breakfast is a la carte. So, plan accordingly. A great place for a group getaway.

We did experience some issues with room service. The food arrived in plastic containers rather than proper plates, disappointing.

The neat aesthetic of the hotel was a standout feature. The experience was marred by the uncommunicated cancellation of my reservation, confirmed days prior, leaving me without accommodation.
